Luciano is a musician with a wide range of skills and interests. At twelve, he began learning piano with Professor Boris Lysenko (UofT, St. Petersburg Conservatory). He holds an Honours Bachelor of Music in Classical Piano and Music Theory from the University of Toronto. 

 

Luciano is experienced in teaching a wide range of ages and levels. He uses his diverse set of skills to accommodate the unique needs of his students. He can teach anything from RCM piano and theory to modern pop, jazz and harmony. In addition to his strong background in classical piano and music theory, Luciano also has a passion for jazz improvisation, composition and audio engineering. No matter the style, Luciano believes that a strong foundation of technique, musical literacy and good practicing habits are integral to any musical journey.

 

In addition to teaching, Luciano also works as a video game composer and music producer. He has moreover performed publicly both as a soloist and collaborative pianist.
