Ana has been making music for longer than she can remember. She began playing piano at the age of 7 and has been singing her whole life.
Having been vocally trained for over 10 years, her studies have recently culminated in the completion of her Bachelor’s in Music in Voice Performance at the University of Western Ontario. She also completed her level 6 Piano and 2 years of keyboard harmony at the University. Ana’s degree provided her with the necessary skills for singing and teaching, and with ample performance opportunities. Such opportunities have included singing in a wide variety of performances, including choral ensembles, opera workshops, solo concerts and musical theatre.
Ana has experience teaching various styles such as classical, musical theatre, jazz and pop. When it comes to teaching, she focuses on technique and also on other musical aspects such as interpretation and musicality which are useful to the student’s growth in their musical journey.
